Nancy is a Certified Advanced Instructor with the National Guild of Hypnotists dedicated to helping people resolve their issues and find their inner strengths.  

She is a motivational speaker and popular workshop leader.  Nancy has been working to improve people's lives through the application of hypnotherapy since 1988.  She founded Mindfield Hypnosis Center in Greenwich, Connecticut where she practiced from 1996 to 2003.  Currently, Nancy's practice is located in historic Wilmington, North Carolina.

Nancy has a professional background in human resources, has been licensed as a pastoral counselor and is a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

Here are some simple guidelines in choosing a hypnotherapist to work with you.  Ask for credentials.  Qualifications for therapists vary from as little as a weekend seminar in hypnosis to as much as a doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy.  Registration and/or Certification by a national professional hypnotherapy organization, such as the National Guild of Hypnotists, signifies that an individual agrees to abide by a strict code of ethics, possesses the specific qualifications for which they are certified and will pursue continuing education studies for annual recertification.  Choosing a hypnotherapist is a very personal matter.  Do you feel comfortable talking with this person?  Most importantly, trust your instincts.
