including breath awareness, progressive muscle relaxation and
visualization help to reduce stress, provide self-control and
enforce wellness. Relaxation techniques are easy to learn and
do but they require practice and commitment to be effective.

Some stress is actually good stress, motivating us to get things
done, however, excessive stress limits performance and blocks
decision making.

to deal with stress in your life. You can choose a track to

progressive relaxation. In this program you are guided to
slowly relax your whole body, to just let go and release all the
stress and tension. Choose this track whenever you have 12
minutes to regroup, refresh and renew yourself. The benefits
are priceless.
On track 4 you will experience a
wonderful relaxing guided visualization. In this session you
will have the opportunity to transform all your negative,
stress-creating fears, worries and frustrations into positive
energy. This visualization helps to reduce stress, provide
self-control and affirm wellness.
